The outline of this post came to me while getting ready this morning. Admittedly, I get some of my best thoughts in the shower. LOL!
So when a warmhearted thought popped into my head while reflecting on yesterday's stroll in Hoboken, I quickly opened the glass shower door, put on my bathrobe, and rushed over to my laptop to crystallize said thought.
Now sitting upright in my office chair, I pulled up this pic, carefully positioned my fingers on the keyboard, closed my eyes, and started typing in my thoughts as I recall them standing by the large binoculars.
After listening to the footsteps of a lady wearing crème orange sweatpants pass by, I walked over to the binoculars, aimed the lenses toward Midtown Manhattan, and became captivated by its endless beauty!
As I slowly moved the binoculars to the left and then to the right for a closer view of the Empire State Building, a sense of gratitude and a feeling of serenity entered my soul and stayed with me all of Sunday.
With so many craving in-person interactions during this pandemic, including me, I've used LinkedIn to remain sane and connected to my network. Moreover, I enjoy sharing my experiences, learning from, and growing with you, respectfully.
Stay vigilant, spread kindness, and we will get through this together! 😊
